HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
If you have items of value that you no longer need or use, you can donate it to CSAAC’s Empower Enterprises. Old jewelry weighing you down? New state-of-the-art home theater with no room for the old one? Give it a new life while helping out your community! In return, CSAAC will issue you a tax deductible letter. These items will be sold and the proceeds will go back to CSAAC to help enhance the lives of individuals with autism.
For smaller items, you can bring them to the Empower Enterprises Headquarters at 9200 Wightman Road Unit 120 Montgomery Village, MD 20886.
Or if you have a larger item you cannot drop off, you can call 240.407.1234 or email empower@csaac.org and we can pick it up (local pick up only). We will require a description of the item, condition, and a photo before the item is picked up. This program is operated and ran by individuals in the CSAAC’s vocational program.
